1. Returns & Exchanges

• Gold Bars & Coins: Gold bars and coin can be exchange or refund on the current price of that day
• 21 karat Jewellery will be refunded with 15% cutting
• Eligible Returns: We only accept returns if:
  • The product is delivered in damaged condition.
  • There is a manufacturing defect or packaging issue at the time of delivery.
  • You received the wrong item (different from your order).

In these cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

2. Refunds

The product is received back in its original sealed condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds apply only when:

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Items returned without prior approval from SUJ.

Any gold product that has been unsealed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Custom orders, special engravings, or personalized items.

4. Shipping & Responsibility

SUJ is not liable for any damage or loss during return shipping.

Customers are responsible for the safe return of products, including shipping and insurance costs.
